Restaurant

Le Hollandais is situated on the river Amstel, slightly south to the center of Amsterdam in a neighborhood called de Pijp, often described as the Quartier Latin of Amsterdam. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasantly informal, the staff friendly and experienced in culinary matters. On the walls is art by Harald Vlugt, and by the entrance door is Adriaan's Hammond organ. Jazz is his hobby and he often plays a little at the end of the evening. He is very proud to have had great names like Joey de Francesco and Dr. Lonny Smith at his kitchen table and giving spontaneous guest performances.
